Eastern Shore Angling Pro Staffer Announced

Eastern Shore Angling is proud to annouce local Delawre bass angler Josh Wich will be representing the company on his bid to a professional fishing career.

Josh will be fishing the Bassmaster Weekend Series (Maryland Division) and the B.A.S.S. Northern Division opens this year. Josh has put in his time on the water and is prepared to take his game to the next level with the support of Eastern Shore Angling and his new Powell fishing rods.

A member of the Eastern Shore Bassmasters of Delaware, Josh has pushed his way atop the 2010 Angler of the Year standings and may be on track for his 1st club AOY title after finishing 2nd in 2009 in a very tight race. Within the club, Josh is on the youth committee and has committed his time and efforts to ensuring his knowledge of bass fishing is passed on to the next generation of young anglers in Delaware. Josh also serves on the board of directors of the Reel Expectations organization, and serves these young anglers by volunteering his time and boat, for the annual Reel Expectations Ministries Retreat, a South Carolina fishing trip with the kids from the organization.

Making his way through the ranks of professional fishing won't be easy, but Josh's desire and committment to the task should be of great help to him along the way.
